Working under the direction of the Operations manager, working as a member within the department, performing administrative functions in accordance with established procedures.
- Answering phones - Great people skills
- Monitoring. Review Contracts, set up new accounts, and work with sales team.
- Tag reporting for compliance engine and other entities that require reporting.
- Set up service calls in Great Plains and Service Trade.
- Mailing of monthly AR statements.
- Other responsibilities as required to support the business.
- Additional duties will be assigned once familiar with our systems and processes
- Back up for department team when out.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Past accounting experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills.
