Proposal Manager in Arizona

This role can be remote from anywhere in the USA.

Position Summary: The Proposal Manager will provide strategic direction, motivation, and coordination/quality control of the company’s proposals/RFx (i.e., RFI, RFP) responses in collaboration with Bristol’s Senior Director, Proposals and Project Management. This position will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines.

• Partner with the Senior Director, Proposals and Project Management to read, review, and plan for all RFx responses, including overall deliverables and timing.
• Gather any opportunity-specific information from the involved Business Development or Client Engagement stakeholder, which may be critical in preparing Bristol’s response.
• Connect Bristol’s services and differentiators to develop a custom winning bid strategy that addresses the RFx’s scope of work and any cited pain points.
