Maintenance Supervisor in Arkansas

• Ideal candidates will have experience within a corrugated box production facility. 
• OSHA certification is preferred but not required
• 2 year technical degree or higher in Maintenance discipline

What you'll be doing:

• Assist and provide direction to craftsmen with equipment troubleshooting to mitigate downtime 
• Monitor and approve inventory orders to control storeroom spend according to planned budget 
• Ensure compliance and proper use of parts and equipment according to preferred maintenance practices 
• Oversee craftsmen’s compliance with corporate, division, plant safety and environmental rules and procedures 
• Utilize J.D. Edwards CMMS to lead craftsmen in reliability efforts of precision, predictive, and preventive maintenance for annual budget planning
