Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of California
• 1+ years coverage/coverage litigation experience
• Experience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.)
• Experience in either or both third-party and first-party claims
• Coverage analysis and writing experience
• Superior analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

While we prefer candidates with at least 10 years of experience, we are open to considering individuals with any number of years of insurance coverage expertise. As a senior attorney, you can expect a competitive salary of around $200,000.
