Libra Staffing is hiring for multiple first shift Order Picker Positions!

Starting pay is between $18.50 and $24 per hour, depending on experience. This is a first shift, Monday through Thursday position with 10 hour shifts each day.

Requirements

• Previous experience using an RF Scanner
• At least one year of recent experience operating a forklift or reach truck
• Comfortable with a pre-employment drug and background screening
• Reliable transportation to make it to work daily
• Able to work Monday through Thursday day shift

We are seeking a vital team member, an energetic Order Picker who plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of products. You will operate warehouse equipment such as a Saw and Forklift. An order picker must always be on time and able to work long hours on their feet. They must be strong and able to “pick up” on small details. We also expect you to be “picky” when ensuring the quality of orders. We are looking for a team player willing to work in all warehouse areas: Receiving, Shipping, or Quality Control.

Responsibilities

Receive and check incoming pick tickets

Locate products using technology (RF scanner gun)

Retrieve orders according to quantity, size, etc., ensuring accuracy

Build pallets with orders and position them on loading docks

Wrap orders before loading on trucks

Re-stock inventory with warehouse equipment

Process completed orders in the computer
