Product Ops Specialist in California

The Product Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth operational tempo with respect to daily data needs.  This person is responsible for maintaining an accurate system and timely data collection to position the Product Operations department to process bills each  month. This person is very detail oriented and passionate about delivering results on time. 

We are remote-friendly but also have a great office environment in downtown San Diego and a hub in Salt Lake City.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute standard operating procedures to ensure consistent data flows of Ivy’s service delivery inputs. 
• Source data from various systems, both internal and external. 
• Coordinate with external support teams to remove blockers preventing the necessary data transfers. 
• Validate data changes within Ivy’s Trellis platform.
