As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for managing complex litigation cases from inception to trial and providing exceptional support to our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate litigation case teams, ensuring timely and efficient case progression

SUMMARY:

The Senior Paralegal provides administrative support for the Legal Department, specifically the General Counsel, Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and Senior Real Estate Counsel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Prepare first drafts of polished legal agreements, letters, etc. for attorney review.

·         Review redlines of legal agreements.

·         Review investor questionnaires and subscription agreements.

·         Proactively maintain master calendar of all legal deadlines.
