Machinist II in Colorado

This position is responsible for the machining required by work orders, including but not limited to set up, production, and inspection of all machining assigned by Lead Machinist.  A Machinist II is required to follow all StoneAge safety guidelines to produce parts that will meet or exceed StoneAge and customer specifications. Continuous Improvement is a way of life regarding quality, processes, production, efficiency, work area, and personal growth.

This position reports to the Lead Machinist.

Requirements

This person will:

·         Complete assigned work orders in a reasonable time and maintain the desired quality.

·         Complete 1st article inspections on all orders and aspire to have less than 6 parts rejected by Quality Control per year.
