Ultrasound Technologist in Colorado

APEX Endovascular is in search of an ultrasound technologist to join our growing team.

We are excited to be the first outpatient facility in Northern Colorado dedicated to provide minimally invasive, non-surgical image guided procedures for treatment of a wide variety of medical conditions.

The position involves vascular ultrasound, primarily lower extremity arterial and venous studies, 5-10 studies per day. The position is part-time with some flexibility to work around your current schedule, 1 – 3 days per week. $55 – $75 per hour, depending on experience.

· Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Must be able to take vital signs and document in electronic medical record system

· The appropriate candidate will have good interpersonal skills and bedside manner

A leading provider of imaging services is looking to add a Full Time Body Ultrasound Technologist to our team. This practice has free standing clinics throughout the Denver area. They are offering a Sign on bonus of $10,000.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Independently perform Ultrasound exams on patients providing high quality images
• Provide clear and detailed information regarding Ultrasound exams and care to patients
• Complete appropriate documentation and obtain interpretation for each exam
• Implement safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures on equipment
• Manage patient priority and act as a first responder when needed.

Requirements

• RMDS Abdomen, OB/GYN, and RVT certification required
• BLS certification required
