Case Manager - Women's Residential - Part-Time (Wilmington) in Delaware

We are looking for a Part-Time Case Manager to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. The Case Manager has primary responsibility for providing quality, sufficient and appropriate case management to clients served in the Impact Life program. The Case Manager meets with clients and their families, connecting clients with professional services and maintaining consistent communication with clients to assess their wellbeing and make changes to their treatment plan as needed. The Case Manager is also responsible for modeling and maintaining high professional conduct and standards.

Please note: this part-time position for **up to 15-hours per week**.
