Our partner is looking for a Senior Special Billing Correspondent in Wilmington, DE. The role involves managing collections for a variety of leasing products by working directly with lessees or their agents to identify repayment terms and lease modifications. The position is accountable for collection activities related to delinquent and past due accounts. The candidate must ensure adherence to the highest industry standards, regulations, and rules in collection activities.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile customer invoices and payments in the lease system and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain support for customer remittance (wire, ACH & credit card payments).
• Follow up on delinquent lease contracts, understand client situations, and discuss optimal solutions to minimize losses.
