Systems Specialist III in Delaware

Requirements

• Requires extensive knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital controls systems
• Vocational School four-year program graduate or an Associate’s degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or similar field.
• Degree may be offset by two years of experience in servicing electronic and or mechanical systems.
• Seven to ten years of increasingly responsible experience in servicing electronic controls and HVAC equipment. Ability to coordinate the work of others on multiple job sites.
• Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to customers and other outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner.
• Must have experience in writing as well as demonstrated understanding of computer programs and software applications as related to the HVAC Industry.
• Valid Driver’s license with a clean record.

This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of the department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and or as necessary. In addition to the responsibilities below, the BAS Specialist III performs routine and complex technical duties in troubleshooting and repairing components within building automation field cabinets, sensors, and related controls. They may work under the supervision of a higher-level building automation technician and are expected to maintain all responsibilities and attributes of lower-level technicians.  This position supports New Caslte DE and Washington DC.
