OCT currently has openings for Acquisition Professionals with at least five (5) years of Contract Specialist (or) Contracting and Procurement (1102) experience within the last seven (7) years with an emphasis in the review and development of acquisition policy strategy. A demonstrated background in the development of acquisition policy for a federal agency is a must.
