Overview

Responsible for efficiently managing products within the FFP Performance and Protection category to maximize sales and profitability.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and contribute to growth of the Performance & Protection category (see below for category details).
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of category portfolio and manufacturing capabilities to create innovation pipeline with R&D team.
• Develop go-to-market strategy (Where to Play/How to Win).
• Identify emerging trends and brands to develop prospect target list.
• Identify new paths to market.
• Develop product positioning by application channel.
• Ongoing market, consumer and competitor analysis reporting & insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations affecting the industry and customers.
