Intake Supervisor in Florida

We are seeking a friendly, empathetic and detail-oriented Intake and Scheduling Home Care Coordinator to join our team at Parx Home Care. The Intake Supervisor will be the key process owner for our incoming home health referrals, overseeing an intake team covering multiple locations across Florida. This leader will ensure standardization, best practices, and compliance with State guidelines relative to the home health benefit. They will also be responsible for the implementation and supervision of the policies, procedures and workflows used by the Intake Coordinator staff for the direct purpose of obtaining and maintaining eligibility for patients as well as managing all aspects of the patient intake process including overarching clinical standards and practices.
