Member Relations Coordinator in Florida

We are looking for a Member Relations Coordinator to join our team and help provide exceptional customer service and support to our members. As a Member Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing member accounts, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring member satisfaction. You will work closely with our legal and advisory teams to ensure members receive the highest level of service and support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with estate planning for members
• Act as liaison between members, representatives, and network attorneys
• Conduct welcome calls to new clients and provide attorney introductions
• Perform routine data entry and case management tasks
• Gather tax statements and retrieve deed documents on a weekly basis
• Assist with estate plan shipping on a weekly basis
