The Parts Associate III is responsible for all aspects of the Parts Associate duties, including sales, service, and consignment. This position plans and maintains a Parts Department consignment program in order to provide exceptional customer service. The Parts Associate III works closely with Lift Power customers, technicians and other departments.
- Perform warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stocking, loading and unloading trucks
- Handle technician calls, walk up inquiries, email requests and inquiries
- Provide quotes and place parts orders for customers and technicians
- Assist technicians and customers by locating and pulling parts and resolving other inquiries or requests
