Maximize customer satisfaction by creating and maintaining a responsive service organization for your assigned territory. Responsible for the operations and performance of the Field Service Technicians and Lead Technicians as well as customer retention.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain control over WIP
- Keep up on PM’s and maintain a completion rate of at least 95%
- Maintain company guidelines for tech efficiency by:
- Conduct PM audits (2 per month) to insure techs are meeting the requirements of a PM
- Customer Visits – Visit each of our top ten service customers (including rental “ship to” accounts) at least once per quarter.
- Rental – respond to requests of Rental Coordinator for repair, transport, and paperwork requests.
- Be accessible and responsive to your technicians, customers, and all LP departments.
