Senior HR Generalist in Georgia

The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing key human resource functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, leave management, and performance management. We are seeking an experienced HR professional who will drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, align performance with business goals, and ensure a positive workplace culture. The Senior HR Generalist will partner with managers and employees to provide hands-on support and strategic guidance on a variety of HR-related matters. This position is fully remote and reports directly to the Associate Director of Human Resources.
