CLASS Specialist in Hawaii

A partner is seeking a CLASS Specialist for a full-time position in Honolulu, HI (Oahu, Hawaii). This role focuses on supporting, planning, and delivering CLASS-based professional development, coaching, and training services. The position requires up to 75% travel, including some nights and Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Train and provide ongoing support to participants and clients as they deliver CLASS programs.
• Deliver and contribute to observer support programs/services (e.g., reliability support, calibration, double coding).
• Collaborate with other CLASS Specialists to ensure quality implementation of services.
• Guide and collaborate with clients on multi-layered contracts.
• Build relationships with leaders that lead to a culture of high-quality interactions.
• Support with planning and coordinating service implementation.
• Enter and maintain data to reflect services provided.
