The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our revenue-generating processes by analyzing data, improving workflows, and ensuring that our HubSpot CRM is leveraged to its full potential. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of revenue operations within a SaaS or similar environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams by providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive efficiency and growth.
In this role you will get to:
- Optimize and manage CRM tools (HubSpot, Dealhub, etc.) to improve Sales, Service and Marketing efficiency for 4 Business Unit’s within Riverside.
- Perform monthly data audits with Vendors and automate validation processes.
