JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will implement the predictive maintenance strategy across Client manufacturing processes with strong ties to the use of the latest technologies and equipment. Lead role for driving continual improvement and reliability as well as excellence in existing and future manufacturing systems.  The incumbent will also serve as a key resource for location growth in automation and integration with enterprise systems.

• Work with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability, maintainability, and sustainable production output by utilizing Preventive and Predictive maintenance tools and technologies as well as analyzing equipment failures
• Evaluate existing manufacturing systems and executes actions to drive safety, productivity, quality, and cost improvements
