The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $108,000

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

LaBella is currently seeking a Utility Permitting Specialist for our Environmental Division in our Utility Program Management Department. This Permitting Specialist would ideally become an embedded LaBella employee within Central Maine Power’s (CMP) permitting group and become proficient managing a portfolio of CMP’s permitting efforts. The proper candidate should be self-sufficient, have experience managing and proposing projects, working directly with clients, maintaining client relationships, and be comfortable managing/mentoring junior staff.
