Assistant Residential Director in Maryland

SCOPE OF POSITION

The Assistant Residential Director should know the formal and informal departmental goals, standards, policies and procedures which may include familiarity with other departments within the agency. Ensures the overall health, safety and well-being of all residents living in the home.  Makes sure that the Individual’s rights are always protected and advocated for.
