The Recruitment & Outreach Specialist (Level 2) will support the National Ocean Service (NOS) in its recruitment and outreach efforts with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA). This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop talent pipelines, execute outreach strategies, and identify and engage a diverse pool of candidates for NOS positions. The specialist will play a key role in enhancing recruitment processes, targeting diverse communities, and ensuring alignment with DEIA goals.

Talent Acquisition & Diversity Outreach:
- Collaborate with the Workforce Management Diversity and Inclusion Division to understand NOS’s workforce gaps, diversity goals, and recruitment needs.
