Senior Estimator in Maryland

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking a talented Senior Project Estimator to support our Navy customer in Indian Head, MD. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing and determining project costs, enabling effective decision-making for multiple comprehensive modernization and construction initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of analyzing various factors influencing project execution.

The Estimator analyzes all project documents to determine the overall estimated cost of a project. Estimators gather, calculate and compile data to produce construction cost estimates for competitive bid proposals in a timely manner. The Estimator is also required to perform a thorough and detailed turnover of awarded projects to the project management team.

• Reviews project plans and specifications and coordinates with the team to confirm complete and coordinated scope.
