Virtual Bookkeeper 5 Hours per Week (IC-JA) in Maryland

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly donation entry in Bloomerang  (most is automated with online contributions but some gifts need to be entered manually)
• Recording transactions in QuickBooks
• Managing bill payment and recordkeeping
• Generating financial reports (governance and grants)
• Complete monthly close
• Complete annual close
• Assist with various other administrative tasks
