Summary:

CallMiner’s QA team is seeking an experienced software tester who is passionate about quality. As a member of our fantastic team, you will work closely with fellow QA team members, Engineering teams, and Product teams in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution.

Responsibilities:

• Create clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases with a high standard of accuracy.
• Identify test requirements from specifications & map test case requirements.
• Maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, and harness scripts.
• Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately.
