We are a fast paced, high-energy office and are seeking an Accounting Assistant for a full-time/salaried position in our corporate office.

This position is 100% On-Site.

Role Summary

This position would be supporting our Controller and working with an awesome team to ensure

AdvisaCare clients and employees are taken care of.

Process Accounts Payable according to our policy

Enter invoice data in the accounting system with accuracy and efficiency

Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring timely payment

Processing invoices and customer payments

Answer company phone line

Use payroll software, inputs payroll data, and prepares payroll...
