ADVANCEMENT DIRECTOR Overview:

Nitrogen Network Ministries is a Grand Rapids Michigan based Church Planting Network. We are embarking on a 3 year project to expand our program to Atlanta and North Carolina. We are on a mission to empower churches in their efforts to make disciples and actively engage their communities for Jesus. We use recruiting, assessing, coaching, training, resourcing & Networking (ReACTRN) to fuel a movement of healthy urban church multiplication. The Advancement Director will play a critical role in this initiative, tasked with raising $350,000 annually towards our existing matching fund. As part of a remote team, the Advancement Director will be responsible for cultivating new donor relationships and creating a compelling matching fund campaign to support our mission.
