Welcome Center Lead - Branson Travel Group in Missouri

We are seeking a dynamic Welcome Center Lead to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our welcome center. In this position, you'll supervise the Welcome Center team, manage various office processes, and create a positive experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Welcome Center, leading by example in customer service standards.
• Train, mentor, and support Welcome Center Representatives in their roles.
• Ensure accurate check-in processes and verify package details.
