Provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the United Operational Test Team (UOTT), F-15 Division, F-22 Division or Air Dominance Division with developing exploratory data analysis capabilities. These capabilities will support the operational test and evaluation of the respective platforms by mining test and non-test data available through various means. Generation of supporting documentation detailing methodology, processes, and utilization of these analysis capabilities is also required. Will also provide A&AS with developing and managing (including internal/external collaboration) a unified AFOTEC Det 6 data analysis toolset shared across sites and 3rd party organizations.
