• Estate Planning, and Asset Protection Attorney
• (3 + Years Experience)

Day-to-day activities include:

• Estate planning and asset protection transactions, including:
• Developing and implementing customized estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives) solutions for medium to higher net-worth clients.
• Drafting and implementing complex irrevocable trusts and trust/business systems for tax planning and asset protection purposes.
• Advising on tax-related matters.
• Advising on and facilitating trust and estate administration matters, including probate, tax-related matters, and asset distributions.
