Lead Therapist in Nevada

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day oversight of the Hope for Heroes - First Responders program.  Administers a comprehensive program that responds to the community's needs and supports the organization's overall mission, philosophy, and goals. The Lead Therapist assists in the planning, facilitating, and evaluating of activities with oversight of unit safety and programming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements policies and procedures for services, including a plan for ensuring ongoing quality improvement.
• Evaluates patient data, develops and implements a plan of care for the patient.
• Participates in treatment team as needed.
• Provides offsite activity coordination, such as Equine Therapy, Yoga, etc.
• Arranges and approves family visitation.
