The primary role of the Scheduler of Ready Set Connect is to maximize the efficiency and productivity of three ABA Centers 

Job Description 

• Strategically schedule client hours and needs to maximize the services the centers render, both in center and in schools 

• Maximize staff billable hours to increase productivity and client services 

• Create full time staff schedules that meet the ever-growing demand for client services 

• Manage overtime spend to less than 5 hours per week by proper scheduling of time 

• Receive any call outs from staff and rearrange the schedule to make up for a staff’s absence 

• Receive all client call outs from parents and adjust the schedule for the day
