Advertising Coordinator in New Jersey

The Advertising Coordinator will support the Marketing team to proactively coordinate and streamline production of advertising and media campaigns from the point of conception through campaign execution, with extreme organization and superb communication with internal teams and external partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Advertising Manager with day-to-day tasks, projects and campaigns related to advertising with strong attention to detail including opening job requests with internal agency, copywriting, proofing and communicating revisions, securing approvals, final dissemination of materials to vendor and facilitating deliverables
