In this role, you will apply your analytical skills and scientific expertise to support ongoing research and development efforts, ensuring the quality and performance of our products. You will work collaboratively with other chemists and scientists to evaluate formulations, conduct experiments, and analyze results.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to formulate various skin care and hair care products
• Make batches, research and request raw materials, test skin care products and troubleshoot under supervision
• Adhere to a cGMP environment, document and follow lab procedures with attention to detail
• Prepare all required paperwork
• Attend cosmetic seminars and meetings
• Request, test and release new raw material samples
• Calibrate Lab Equipment as needed
