About the Role
The Compensation Specialist is responsible for supporting the compensation area of Human Resources by performing all data entry, tracking, and maintenance of the HRIS system. This role will report to the Manager Compensation & Performance.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and maintaining Human Resource reports, including but not limited to: compensation matrix, performance reviews, salary surveys, etc.
- Regularly audits and maintains data integrity of HRIS system.
- Prepares, updates, and submits required regulatory reports.
- Prepares and maintains job classifications and salary scales.
- Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
- Initiates, tracks, and processes internal staffing changes (e.g., transfers, promotions, secondary positions, terminations...
