Purpose of the Position

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and executing the company’s digital marketing, multimedia, and tradeshow strategies to promote its products, capabilities, and services. This position plays a critical role in increasing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and fostering customer engagement. Success requires a mix of creative talent, technical proficiency, leadership capabilities, and strategic thinking. The candidate will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of Thorlabs’ design aesthetic and brand guidelines and use that knowledge to produce effective marketing deliverables.

Although the location of the position is in Newton, NJ, from time to time it may be required to undertake duties at other Thorlabs locations.
