CSAV Systems is looking to fill a unique position in Hackensack, New Jersey. Requirements include, but are not limited to, a background in a technology based, preferably Audio/Visual related, field, and the capability to problem solve calmly and proficiently. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to build and maintain relationships with high profile clientele. Applicants should have a strong background of technical skills and be apt to learning new technology. Responsibilities will include assisting the Help Desk Manager in fulfilling the A/V needs of high profile clients in a corporate setting. Candidate will train with the Help Desk Manager and current seasoned technicians in order to learn the A/V systems, learn steps of troubleshooting systems when issues arise, and develop the ability to support high level meetings for executives.
