Legal Counsel, IT Services in New Jersey

Samsung SDS America is looking for a corporate junior attorney to join our Legal Team. In this role you will work on a variety of technology transactions while supporting senior attorneys in the team and handling special projects as they arise. You will report directly to the General Counsel, providing a wide array of legal services and guidance.

The ideal candidate is a ready-to-learn, self-starting attorney that seeks to build a long-term in-house career in a global technology company, takes a holistic approach to business-oriented problem solving, and embodies high standards of ethics and accountability. High emotional intelligence and intellectual curiosity are additional qualities that will help you to be successful in this role. 

This is currently a hybrid position. Our principal office is in Ridgefield Park, NJ. The hybrid schedule may be subject to change in the future according to business needs.
