Project Manager (Workday) in New Jersey

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in supporting Workday Application projects.
• The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the deep assessment of the impact of restructuring our cost center hierarchy.
• This project will be executed in waves, aligned with our financial project schedule.
• The Project Manager will work closely with our capacity team to assess downstream system impacts and will manage and coordinate the entire project to ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills

• 9+ years’ experience in project/program management
• 9+ years in managing large complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• International project experience
• Must have experience with payroll and/or payroll and finance projects, such as Workday, ADP, e-TIme, Inspire and/or product areas including Benefits, Equity or Time & Attendance systems
• Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills
• Core Project Management skills - Scope management, Delivery on time, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Budget Management
