Service Systems Specialist I in New Jersey

This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of the department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and as necessary. Employees at this designation perform routine and complex technical duties in Preventative Maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of components within building automation field cabinets, sensors, and related controls. They traditionally work under the supervision of the Service manager and are expected to maintain all responsibilities and attributes of lower-level technicians. Employees at this level have at least 8yrs. of closely related industry experience.

This position works under the direct supervision of a higher-level building automation technician.  This position is considered entry level.
