RN Director of Quality in New Mexico

Looking for a RN Director of Quality for a progressive Hospital in Las Cruces that values a positive and supportive work environment for employees and compassionate, thorough and safe care for patients. The organization strives to create a place where people choose to work and seek out healthcare. This role will be responsible for directing organizational quality in the facility, which is a crucial initiative. This includes working with Regulatory Agencies, such as Joint Commission, CMS, the state, etc. Other areas of responsibility include Disease Specific Certification, Leap Frog, Patient Satisfaction, public reporting and National Quality Designation. This individual will also manage and develop staff. In addition, they will create and enforce policies and procedures, maintain accreditation and be accountable for the budget.
