Administrative Support / Accounting Clerk - $19-22/hr in New York

Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a small family-owned agriculture company, is seeking a qualified Administrative / Accounting Support Clerk to join its team. In addition to accounting functions, this role would support the retail side of the business.

Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm

Wage: $19-22/hr - based on experience

• Supporting Controller with accounts payable/receivable functions
• Answering phones
• Data entry or orders and payments
• Processing invoices for mail
• Monthly reporting
• Supporting cashing out retail customers as needed
• Various project work
• Filing, faxing, file management

Requirements

• Must have 3 years of previous office support and accounting expeirence
• Must be highly organized and willing to multi-task
• Must be a team player and willing to support in multiple areas of the business
