The VM is responsible for executing and achieving all corporate visual merchandising strategies and business goals. The VM is accountable for fostering and maintaining an inclusive and collaborative work environment that drives business results, promotes amazing guest experiences, and maintains a highly engaged team of store employees. The VM may have multiple store responsibilities and effectively manages all day-to-day functions of stores including the guest experience, visual merchandising, operational excellence, and employee engagement.

As a Visual Merchandiser Designer/Project Manager with one our luxury beauty clients, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of visual merchandising initiatives. Working within a dynamic and creative environment, you will be responsible for managing communication, timelines, and processes to ensure seamless execution. Partnering directly with the Director of Visual Merchandising, you will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver outstanding visual experiences that align with the brand's identity.
