The Service and Training Manager is to promote the values and culture of Happier by being a leader. This position will oversee New Restaurant Openings, management training programs, restaurant visits and ongoing personal development training and for exempt and non-exempt employees and assist in recruiting.
This leader will manage ensuring our systems and content are effective and engaging for the end user. In addition, this energetic leader will partner with the Operations and Human Resources team to assist in creating and launching new policies, programs, and training curriculum, lead training, fill learning gaps, evaluate employees, and create learning solutions that help employees achieve their best work. The person in this role will also ensure our teams are 100% compliant in adherence to all legal requirements.
