In this critical role, you will provide individualized therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them recover and improve their communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills following illness, injury, or surgery. You will assess patients' needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
