How does a Trailer Jockey at KTP spend a typical day?

• Move trailers and coordinate material movements to and from the warehouse(s)
• Maintain a continuous material flow throughout the plants
• Maintain an accurate inventory of dropped trailers in the drop lot (i.e. part number, date received, trailer number, lot number and quantity)
• Complete daily inspections of trucks; relay any issues prior to operation
• Ensure trucks are fueled and operational
• Processing all required paperwork accurately and timely
• Perform Material Handling responsibilities as requested
