Assistant Practice Manager in Oregon

The Assistant Practice Manager (APM) is responsible for maintaining a partnership with the Practice Manager and Providers in our Grants Pass, OR office. The APM will work in sequence with the Practice Manager and Providers to establish and maintain a successful team. The APM will assist the Practice Manager with the clinical team, leadership, planning, patient management, team member supervision, and daily operational oversight of the office.

Essential Responsibilities

• Understand the business responsibilities and key performance metrics for successfully managing the office; forecast results, ensure all budget and production expectations are met or exceeded, and that financial data and records are balanced
